Job Description

Our client, who is a global provider of professional information, software solutions, and services is currently seeking an onsite Administrative Assistant in Cheyenne WY.

Location: Cheyenne WY

Onsite/Remote: Onsite

Pay Rate: $21.33 per hour

Duration: 3-6 month contract (potential to convert)

Hours: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM

Job Summary

Under direct supervision, the Administrative Assistant provides general administrative support to a department or group of professionals. This role involves compiling and analyzing basic information for reports or presentation materials, preparing charts, graphs, and tables, and managing routine correspondence in accordance with established procedures. The position requires independent judgment, basic reasoning skills, and the ability to support office operations efficiently.

Responsibilities

  • Provide administrative support to departmental staff and leadership.
  • Compile, organize, and analyze information for inclusion in reports and presentations.
  • Prepare supporting materials such as charts, graphs, and tables as needed.
  • Receive, review, and respond to routine correspondence following standard guidelines.
  • Assist in maintaining accurate records and documentation.
  • Support departmental workflow through scheduling, coordination, and general office tasks.

Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Minimum of 2 years of related administrative experience.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to exercise independent judgment and employ basic reasoning skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other standard business applications.
